...I would suggest, especially if it’s your first time visiting, that you fight the urge to pile your first plate full of the expected fried, thick, or saturated items, and head to the stir fry in the back.  One plate of this stuff alone is worth the price of the buffet.  Fill your plate as high as you can with noodles, fresh veggies, and fresh beef.  The cook behind the counter will stir fry your plate while you watch...
