Two Blessing Breast Center staff members earn certification in bone densitometry
Cathy Hummert and Kelly Koch of the Blessing Breast Center earned certification in bone densitometry from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Bone densitometry measures the extent of osteoporosis, or weakness, in bones. Hummert and Koch also are certified in Radiography and Mammography.

Blessing Behavioral Center marks National Children’s Mental Health Day
In honor of National Children’s Mental Health Day on May 3, the Blessing Behavioral Center has placed a link on its website to more than 100 helpful brochures, called Facts for Families, than can be downloaded from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

The Blessing FastCare health clinic will open in Quincy’s ShopKo store, 3200 Broadway, at 8:30 am on Monday, February 1. Blessing FastCare offers an alternative to an Emergency Center visit for many basic, non-life threatening health conditions when a doctor’s office visit is not possible.
