Rebounding
Let's get to the hard stuff first.....EXERCISE. Do you hate to walk?
Especially when it's cold, rainy, windy, too hot etc, etc.? I must
admit my dog likes it better than I do.
A great and easier alternative to walking is REBOUNDING. All you need
to get all the exercise you need is a small trampoline (be sure it has
a bar to steady you if you are a senior) Rebounding is easy to do and
even a low impact movement does wonders for your health.
There are many benefits of rebounding but moving your lymphatic system
is at the top of the list. Your lymphatic system is rearely mentioned
by doctors unless you have a condition that warrants medication. The
truth is, it is one of the most important functions of your body.
Right up there with a healthty heart.
Let me explain, as briefly as possible, the importance of the lymphactic system.
It serves as the body's main vessels of IMMUNITY. It's primary
function is to create immune cells. As we all know, a strong immune
system protects us from all forms of illness.
The catch is, unlike the heart, the lymphatic system does no have a
pump to send the liquid known as lymph throughout the body.
It is entirely dependent on body movement. REBOUNDING is one of the
best ways to give the boost needed to rev up your immune system.. And
the good news is, it doesn't need strenous excercise. A steady low
impact bounce will do it..
This is just one of the many many benefits of rebounding. For more

Hope you found this helpful and something you can use.
Happy bouncing!
